These terms apply to your use of elevenmarketresearch.com (the “site”), operated by Eleven Market Research (“ElevenMR,” “we,” “us”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
1. What these terms cover
These terms cover the website only. Research services, sample, QuickPulse studies and supply partnerships are governed by a separate written agreement, such as an accepted bid, proposal, statement of work, insertion order or supplier agreement. If those documents conflict with these terms, those documents control.
2. Using the site
You may use the site to learn about ElevenMR and to contact us for legitimate business purposes. You agree not to:
- submit information that is false or misleading, or that you don’t have the right to share;
- submit spam or automated submissions, or try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site or our systems;
- scrape, copy or harvest the site’s content or contact details in bulk;
- use the site in any way that breaks the law or infringes anyone’s rights.
3. Bid requests
Sending a bid request doesn’t create a contract or commit either of us to a project. Feasibility, pricing and timing in a bid are estimates based on the information you provide, and they become binding only when both parties agree in writing. We treat the specifications and files you send as confidential and use them only to prepare your bid and, if you engage us, to run your project.
4. Supplier survey
If you complete the supplier survey, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it for your company. Completing the survey doesn’t guarantee that we will send bids or work. Any project we award is governed by the terms in our project communications and any supplier agreement between us. Your answers about payment terms record your stated position and are confirmed when we work together.
5. QuickPulse and published pricing
Pricing and specifications shown on the site, including QuickPulse, are introductory, may change without notice, and apply only as confirmed in a written quote or agreement.
6. Our content
The site and its content, including text, articles, graphics, logos and design, belong to ElevenMR or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and share links to our pages and quote short excerpts with attribution. You may not otherwise copy, modify, republish or sell our content without written permission. “Eleven Market Research,” “ElevenMR,” our logos and the names of our products and platforms are our trademarks. Membership marks of ESOMAR, the Insights Association and the MRS belong to those organizations.
7. Information on the site
Articles and other content are provided for general information. They are not professional advice for your specific situation. We try to keep the site accurate and current, but we don’t guarantee that it is complete, error-free or always available.
8. Links to other sites
The site links to sites we don’t control, such as LinkedIn and our scheduling calendar. We aren’t responsible for their content or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Our Privacy policy explains how we handle personal information you provide through the site.
10. Disclaimer
The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, ElevenMR will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or business, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100). This section doesn’t limit liability under a separate services agreement, which is governed by its own terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
13. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The new version takes effect when we post it here with a new “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
